As the pandemic entered its second year, the scarcity of talent became increasingly evident. 2020 marked a profound societal shift as people searched for a deeper sense of purpose. Amidst this change, Republik was experiencing growth fueled by the passion and convictions of its employees. With a mission to work with clients who prioritize environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, Republik aimed to attract candidates with a similar commitment to making a positive impact. The campaign was centered around inspiring these individuals to join a team dedicated to advancing causes that matter.
